  • It’s completely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to give us access and return to a beautifully clean space once we’re done.
    If you’re not home, please make sure we have a way to enter the property (keys, codes, etc.).

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee.
