Terms & conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Tolka Cleaning in relation to booking and receiving cleaning services.
1. Bookings and Appointments
All services must be scheduled in advance. Once your booking has been confirmed, we will reserve the date and time specifically for you.
We aim to arrive within the scheduled time window. If delays occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, this may also be treated as a late cancellation.
3. Access to Property
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time. This may include keys, entry codes, concierge arrangements, or being present on-site.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required before or immediately after the service is completed, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Invoices (if applicable) must be paid within the stated timeframe.
5. Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
Our cleaners bring all necessary cleaning products and tools.
If you prefer us to use your own products or equipment, please let us know in advance.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities
Your safety is important to us.
If you, a family member, or pets are allergic or sensitive to any cleaning agents, fragrances, or materials, you must inform us prior to the service so we can make appropriate adjustments.
7. Condition of Property & Pricing
Prices are based on the size and condition of the property.
If the property requires significantly more time or effort than initially described (e.g., excessive dirt, clutter, pet hair, post-party cleaning), the price may be adjusted to reflect the additional work.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your cleaning.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.
9. Liability
Our team works carefully and respectfully. However, fragile or high-value items should be moved or secured before the service. Tolka Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items that are loose, unstable, or not properly secured.
